What we collect, and why
If you request a market reading (the form on our homepage), we collect the email address and website domain you give us. We use them for exactly one thing: running the measurement you asked for and sending you the result. Lawful basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we delete the data.
If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as it stays relevant to working together.
Site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites or build a profile of you. That is why this site has no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
Where it lives, and who else touches it
This site is hosted on Cloudflare, and reading requests are delivered to us by Resend, our email provider. Both act as processors for us and store data securely. Both are US companies; transfers are protected by standard contractual safeguards under UK GDPR. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we do not use them for advertising.
How long we keep it
Reading requests: up to 12 months, so we can compare a re-measurement if you come back. Email: reviewed yearly, deleted when no longer relevant. You can shortcut all of this by asking us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy (portability), ask us to correct it, delete it, or restrict what we do with it, and object to our processing. Email felix@aeovapartners.com and we will act on it promptly. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
